(“Built Different AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our products and services, including our mobile application “Hooper,” our website www.hooper.gg, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1.3 Payment Information
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple, or Google. We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment processors may collect billing and payment data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
1.4 Sensitive & Biometric Data
Uploaded video content may include images of individuals and gameplay analytics derived from those recordings. We process this data solely to provide AI-generated highlights, statistics, and performance insights. We do not use facial recognition for identification purposes.

We use uploaded content and gameplay data to train and improve machine learning models. This processing may involve automated decision-making, such as generating highlights, tagging plays, and calculating player attributes. These outputs are algorithmic and may not be perfectly accurate.

If a parent requests deletion of a minor’s data, we may anonymize or blur identifiable elements in associated highlights while retaining underlying footage for system integrity and legal compliance.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Hooper supports parent-managed accounts. We collect and process minors’ data only with appropriate parental consent. Parents may review or request deletion of their child’s data at any time.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. However, no system can guarantee complete security.
We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We may use limited advertising or sponsorship content within the Services.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app or via email when appropriate.
